According to the control method, after connection between the hydrogen adding machine and the vehicle-mounted hydrogen storage bottle is established, high, medium and low gas source pressure data and vehicle-mounted hydrogen storage bottle pressure, gas source temperature, vehicle-mounted hydrogen storage bottle temperature and pipeline temperature data are obtained in real time; the low gas source, the medium gas source and the high gas source are sequentially and correspondingly connected with the hydrogen conveying pipeline in a communicating mode through the communicating control valves; the flow adjusting valve is correspondingly adjusted based on the gas source pressure data and the vehicle-mounted hydrogen storage cylinder pressure data, and the filling rate is controlled to be not larger than the preset maximum safe filling rate; and the cooling module is correspondingly regulated and controlled according to the gas source temperature, the vehicle-mounted hydrogen storage bottle temperature and the pipeline temperature, so that the gas source temperature and the vehicle-mounted hydrogen storage bottle temperature are not larger than the preset maximum safe filling temperature. The hydrogen filling efficiency can be effectively improved by accurately regulating and controlling the flow regulating valve and regulating and controlling the cooling module in advance.
本发明公开了一种加氢机快速加注控制方法,主要解决现有加氢控制方法对应的氢气加注效率低下的技术问题。该控制方法建立加氢机与车载储氢瓶间的连接后,分别实时获取高、中、低气源压力数据以及车载储氢瓶压力、气源温度、车载储氢瓶温度、管道温度数据;通过导通控制阀依次对应建立低、中、高气源与所述输氢管路的导通连接;并基于气源压力数据和车载储氢瓶压力数据对应调节所述流量调节阀且控制加注速率不大于预设的最大安全加注速率;根据气源温度、车载储氢瓶温度以及管道温度对应调控所述冷却模组以使气源温度和车载储氢瓶温度不大于预设的最大安全加注温度。通过对流量调节阀的精准调控以及冷却模组的提前调控,可有效提高氢气加注效率。
