本发明公开了一种用于深远海风电的吸力筒临时桩靴及其风电作业施工方法,结构包括中心设有凹槽的顶部平台,其顶部沿周向均布设置有四个吊耳,其凹槽内铺设有碎石层;顶部平台底部设有吸力筒组,在顶部平台的碎石层上还活动设置有N个泵撬体,其分别与吸力筒组中的四个吸力筒相配合,以驱动四个吸力筒下沉至驻位状态、或上浮呈可移动状态;该结构满足平台船的驻位需要,并能可选择性地随作业船移位至指定机位,实现反复驻位;与现有平台船驻位方式相比,采用该结构对应实现的两种风电作业方法不再需要将平台船的桩腿插入泥中,降低对平台船升降系统要求,避免冲桩和调整压载水导致的施工效率低下问题,提升海上风电建设效率和质量。
