The invention relates to the technical field of bridge construction, in particular to a large-span self-anchored suspension bridge separation type steel box girder and cross beam construction method which comprises the following steps: mounting a steel box girder of an in-situ hoisting section in a span, hoisting a cross beam in an area where a midspan buckling tower is located, hoisting the steel box girder on a pushing structure, and hoisting the steel box girder on the pushing structure. Pushing the steel box girder of the left part to be flush with the steel box girder of the right part, cooperatively hoisting the cross beam until the pushing section of the left part and the in-situ hoisting section are closed, hoisting the cross beam in the area of the opposite side of the midspan buckling tower, hoisting the remaining steel box girders of the in-situ hoisting section, and hoisting the cross beam on the side, close to the midspan, of the bridge tower; and the steel box girders and the cross beams of the cable-stayed suspended splicing sections of the midspan are lifted, the midspan cable-stayed suspended splicing sections and the in-situ lifting sections are closed, the steel box girders in the area where the right part of the bridge tower is located are lifted to be closed, and finally the cross beams at the position of the bridge tower are lifted. According to the lifting method, the repeated utilization rate of lifting equipment can be increased, the construction period is shortened, and the problem of construction complexity is solved.
本发明涉及桥梁施工技术领域,更具体地说,它涉及一种大跨度自锚式悬索桥分离式钢箱梁横梁施工方法,包括以下步骤:对跨中的原位吊装段的钢箱梁进行安装,对跨中扣塔所在区域横梁进行吊装,在顶推结构上吊装钢箱梁,顶推左幅的钢箱梁至与右幅的钢箱梁平齐,配合吊装横梁至左幅顶推段和原位吊装段合龙,对跨中扣塔对侧所在区域的横梁进行吊装,吊装原位吊装段剩余的钢箱梁,对桥塔靠近跨中一侧的横梁进行吊装,抬吊跨中两幅的斜拉悬拼段的钢箱梁及横梁,跨中斜拉悬拼段和原位吊装段合龙,对桥塔右幅所在区域的钢箱梁进行吊装至与合龙,最后吊装桥塔处的横梁,本发明能够提高吊装设备重复利用率,减少施工工期,解决施工复杂问题。
