The invention provides a hoisting device and method for an assembly type prefabricated component, and relates to the technical field of hoisting equipment, the hoisting device comprises a hoisting frame, supporting beams are slidably arranged on the two sides of the bottom of the hoisting frame in the length direction of the supporting beams, and telescopic beams are slidably arranged at the two ends of the supporting beams; a hoisting assembly is arranged at the end, outside the supporting beam, of the telescopic beam, and an indicating mechanism is arranged in the middle of the supporting beam. The indicating mechanism comprises a supporting frame, the supporting frame is fixedly arranged in the center of the top face of the supporting beam, an indicating rope is arranged on the supporting frame, an indicating ball is arranged at the end, away from the supporting frame, of the indicating rope, and a moving assembly used for shifting the indicating rope in the direction away from the supporting beam is arranged on one side of the supporting beam. According to the method, the levelness or verticality of the corresponding plane of the prefabricated part can be accurately indicated, so that the prefabricated part can be conveniently adjusted to a proper state, later installation is facilitated, the labor intensity of workers is reduced, and meanwhile the installation period is shortened.

    本发明提供了一种装配式预制构件的吊装装置及方法,涉及吊装设备技术领域,吊装装置包括吊装架,吊装架的底部两侧均沿自身长度方向滑移设置有支撑梁,支撑梁的两端均滑动设置有伸缩梁,伸缩梁位于支撑梁外的一端设置有吊装组件,支撑梁的中部设置有指示机构;指示机构包括支撑架,支撑架固定设置在支撑梁顶面的中心位置,支撑架上设置有指示绳,指示绳远离支撑架的一端设置有指示球,支撑梁的一侧设置有用于将指示绳向远离支撑梁的方向拨动的移动组件。本发明能够较为准确地指示预制构件对应平面的水平度或竖直度,以方便将预制构件调整至适当状态,从而方便后期进行安装,降低人工劳动强度的同时缩短了安装周期。
