The invention belongs to the technical field of mine hoisting equipment, and particularly discloses a mine hoisting mechanism which comprises a supporting frame, a driving machine base is slidably mounted on the supporting frame, a hoisting mechanism is arranged in the driving machine base, and the hoisting mechanism comprises a hoisting mechanism mounted in the driving machine base. A first pull rope extends downwards from the interior of the hoisting mechanism, a connecting block is fixedly connected to the end of the first pull rope, a plurality of second pull ropes are fixedly connected to the bottom of the connecting block, first clamps are fixedly connected to the ends of the second pull ropes, a stabilizing assembly is arranged outside the supporting frame, and a balancing assembly is arranged at the bottom of the driving machine base. In actual use, the lifted objects are lifted to a certain height in a unified mode, the first pull rope is stored in the fixing cylinder, and therefore the first pull rope is prevented from shaking, and correspondingly the problem that the first pull rope is driven to shake when the driving machine base moves or stops the lifted objects is solved.
