The arranged hoisting mechanism can stably keep the hoisting state of the fan, the hoisting effect can be further achieved through hoisting of a hook when the fan is hoisted and supported unstably due to damage and fracture of a clamping plate, the risk of falling is avoided, the hoisting mechanism can keep stable lifting in the vertical direction, and the hoisting efficiency of the fan is improved. And large-amplitude movement cannot occur in the lifting process, so that the risk of falling is further reduced.

    本发明公开了风电施工吊装装置,具体涉及吊装技术领域,包括配重车,配重车的端部上方沿竖直方向上固定连接有竖板,竖板的底部外壁设置有控制开关盒,且竖板的顶端沿水平方向上固定连接有顶板,顶板的两端底部分别安装有第一定滑轮和第二定滑轮,第一定滑轮设置在配重车的上方,第二定滑轮设置在配重车的外侧上方。本发明设置的吊装机构能够稳定的保持对风机的吊起状态,能够在卡板受损断裂导致风机吊起支撑不稳定时,利用挂钩的吊装进一步起到吊起效果,避免发生坠落的风险,且能够使吊装机构在竖直方向上保持稳定升降,不会在升降过程中发生较大幅度的活动,进一步降低发生坠落的风险。
