The box body is fixedly arranged at the bottom of an elevator pit; the first supporting plate is arranged in the box body in a sliding mode, and the side wall of the first supporting plate is attached to the inner wall of the box body; the first buffer spring is fixedly arranged in the center of the top surface of the first supporting plate, and the first buffer spring is matched with the bottom of an elevator; the first spring buffering mechanism is arranged in the box body, and the first spring buffering mechanism is fixedly arranged between the box body bottom plate and the first supporting plate; the hydraulic buffering mechanism is fixedly arranged in the box body, and the upper end of the hydraulic buffering mechanism is fixedly connected with the first supporting plate; and the second spring buffer mechanism is arranged on the inner wall of the box body and is in driving connection with the hydraulic buffer mechanism. The multi-layer buffer mechanism has the beneficial effects that the multi-layer buffer mechanism which is innovatively designed is adopted, so that vibration and impact of the elevator in the running process are effectively reduced, the taking comfort of passengers is improved, and the service life of the elevator is prolonged.

    本发明涉及电梯施工工程领域,特指一种新型施工电梯缓冲装置。包括:固设在电梯坑底的盒体;可滑动地设在所述盒体内的第一托板,所述第一托板的侧壁与所述盒体的内壁相贴合;固设在所述第一托板顶面中央的第一缓冲弹簧,所述第一缓冲弹簧与电梯底部相配合;设在所述盒体内的第一弹簧缓冲机构,所述第一弹簧缓冲机构固设在所述盒体底板与所述第一托板之间;固设在所述盒体内的液压缓冲机构,所述液压缓冲机构的上端与所述第一托板固连;设在所述盒体内壁上的第二弹簧缓冲机构,所述第二弹簧缓冲机构与所述液压缓冲机构驱动连接。有益效果:采用创新设计的多层缓冲机构,有效减轻了电梯在运行过程中的震动和冲击,提高了乘客的乘坐舒适度,延长了电梯的使用寿命。
