According to the installation technology for adding the bushings to the marine fairlead, the two ends of the fairlead are open, the interior of the fairlead is hollow, the cross section of the fairlead is oval, the middle of the fairlead shrinks, the two ends of the fairlead expand outwards, the middle and the ends of the fairlead are in arc-shaped transition connection, the bushings are installed in the fairlead and comprise the inboard bushings and the outboard bushings, and the inboard bushings and the outboard bushings are in butt joint to form the complete bushings. A rubber floating ball is used for pressing the inboard lining and the outboard lining into the fairlead, and the rubber floating ball is composed of a ball bowl section at the top, an arc-shaped transition section in the middle and a horn mouth section at the tail. The bushings are added to the fairlead, installation is convenient, hot working is not needed, installation of the bushings can be completed in the segment folding stage, the installed bushings are safe and reliable in use, convenient to operate and free of maintenance, and corresponding standard requirements are met.

    一种船用导缆孔增加衬套的安装工艺,导缆孔两端开口,内部中空,横截面呈椭圆形,导缆孔中部收缩,两端外扩,中部与端部采用弧形过渡连接,导缆孔内安装有衬套,衬套分为舷内衬套和舷外衬套,舷内衬套与舷外衬套对接形成完整的衬套。使用橡胶浮球分别将舷内衬套和舷外衬套压入导缆孔内,橡胶浮球由顶部的球碗段、中部的弧形过渡段和尾部的喇叭口段组成。本发明导缆孔增加衬套安装方便,不需要进行热加工,在分段合拢阶段就可以将衬套安装结束,安装后的衬套使用时安全可靠,操作方便免维护,满足相应的规范要求。
