The invention discloses a ship loading method for a jacket fixed platform pile foundation, which belongs to the technical field of ocean engineering and comprises the following steps: S1, laying a bottom layer steel pile tool on a site, and hoisting two steel piles on the first layer to a steel pile tool cross beam; s2, the steel piles are sequentially hoisted according to the sequence of two steel piles on the first layer, three steel piles on the second layer and three steel piles on the third layer from bottom to top, and meanwhile the second layer and the third layer of the steel pile tool are welded; s3, the SPMT trolley is started to enter from the two sides of the steel pile tool and is in place at the preset jacking position; s4, the SPMT trolley jacks and lifts the packaged steel piles, and the steel piles are transported to a transportation barge which is barged by a wharf; and S5, after the steel pile reaches the preset position, the SPMT trolley retreats, the steel pile tool outside the ship is cut, welding shipment fixing work is conducted, and steel pile shipment is completed. The SPMT trolley can enter and exit from the two sides of the steel pile tool, the gravity center of a steel pile tool frame is lowered, the requirement for the stability of a ship is lowered, and the ship loading efficiency is improved.

    本发明公开了一种导管架固定平台桩基的装船方法,属于海洋工程技术领域,包括以下步骤:S1、场地铺设底层钢桩工装,吊装第一层的两根钢桩至钢桩工装横梁上;S2、按照从下至上为第一层两根钢桩,第二层三根钢桩,第三层三根钢桩的顺序依次将钢桩吊装,同时进行钢桩工装的第二层和第三层的焊接;S3、启动SPMT小车从钢桩工装两侧进入,在预设顶升位置就位;S4、SPMT小车顶升抬起打包好的钢桩,运输至码头靠驳的运输驳船;S5、钢桩达到预设位置后SPMT小车退出,进行切割船外的钢桩工装和焊接装船固定工作,钢桩装船完成。本发明的SPMT小车可以从钢桩工装两侧进入与退出,钢桩工装框架重心降低,对于船舶的稳性要求降低,提高了装船效率。
