The invention discloses a design method of a steel rail impedance simulation disc and a broken rail monitoring equipment test system, and the method comprises the steps: dividing the steel rail impedance into steel rail equivalent resistance and steel rail equivalent inductance, and calculating the steel rail equivalent resistance and steel rail equivalent inductance through the correlation between the resistance and the frequency and the correlation between the inductance and the frequency; correcting according to standard regulation or data acquired on site to obtain a steel rail impedance equivalent model, and manufacturing a steel rail impedance simulation disc according to the obtained steel rail impedance equivalent model; a test device composed of a steel rail impedance simulation disc and a steel rail fracture simulation module and a tested device jointly form a broken rail monitoring device test system. According to the invention, the simulation of the real steel rail is realized by adopting the simulation steel rail impedance, the laboratory test technology is utilized, the consumption of manpower and material resources is reduced, the test efficiency is improved, repeated experiments and experiment reproduction are easier to carry out in a laboratory, and the method has better scientificity.

    本发明公开了一种钢轨阻抗模拟盘的设计方法及断轨监测设备测试系统,将钢轨阻抗分为钢轨等效电阻和钢轨等效电感两部分,分别利用电阻和电感与频率的相关性计算得到钢轨等效电阻和钢轨等效电感,并按照标准规定或现场采集得到的数据进行修正,得到钢轨阻抗等效模型,根据所得到钢轨阻抗等效模型制作钢轨阻抗模拟盘,本发明的钢轨阻抗模拟盘和钢轨断裂模拟模块组成的测试设备与被测设备共同构成了断轨监测设备测试系统;本发明采用仿真钢轨阻抗实现了对真实钢轨的模拟,利用实验室测试技术,减少了人力、物力消耗,提高了测试效率,在实验室较易进行重复实验和实验复现,具有更好的科学性。
