Comprising the steps of obtaining a to-be-adjusted area of a target seat in a seat adjusting instruction sent by a user; the current pressure value of a first area is obtained, and the first area is any area in the to-be-adjusted areas; if the current pressure value is greater than a first specified threshold value, controlling the first area to move for a specified distance in a direction far away from a preset central point corresponding to the first area, or controlling an air bag in the first area to discharge air with a specified volume, and continuing to obtain the current pressure value of the first area; if the current pressure value is smaller than a second specified threshold value, the first area is controlled to move by a specified distance in the direction close to the center point corresponding to the first area, or after an air bag in the first area is controlled to be filled with air of a specified volume, the current pressure value of the first area continues to be obtained; and if the current pressure value is greater than the second specified threshold value and less than the first specified threshold value, ending.
