The invention relates to an intelligent heat dissipation device for an automobile charging pile, and aims to effectively manage heat generated in the charging process and realize effective utilization of energy through an intelligent temperature regulation and heat dissipation mechanism. The device comprises a multi-stage heat dissipation structure, an evaporative cooling mechanism, a dynamic heat dissipation regulation system and a double-path temperature regulation system; heat generated in the charging process of an equipment body is transferred and dispersed step by step, overheating is prevented, the service life of the equipment is prolonged, the first evaporation chamber and the second evaporation chamber are filled with fluorinated liquid and pentafluoropropane correspondingly, efficient evaporative cooling is achieved, the heat supply mode and the cold supply mode can be flexibly switched according to the actual requirements of a vehicle, and the heat generated by the charging pile is used for charging the vehicle. Extra consumption of electric energy for heating or cooling of a vehicle is reduced, particularly, energy can be remarkably saved through heat supply under the cold weather condition, the heat conduction liquid circulation system conducts temperature management on the charging cable, it is ensured that the charging cable is kept at the proper temperature during high-load charging, and the charging safety is improved.

    本发明涉及一种汽车充电桩用智能散热装置,旨在有效管理充电过程中产生的热量,并通过智能化的温度调节和散热机制,实现能量的有效利用,该装置包括多级散热结构、蒸发冷却机制、动态散热调节以及双路温度调节系统,采用逐级传递和分散设备主体在充电过程中产生的热量,防止过热并延长设备寿命,蒸发室一和蒸发室二分别填充氟化液和五氟丙烷,实现高效的蒸发冷却,可以根据车辆的实际需求灵活切换供热和供冷模式,利用充电桩产生的热量,减少车辆制热或制冷对电能的额外消耗,特别是在寒冷气候条件下供热可显著节省能量,导热液循环系统对充电电缆进行温度管理,确保其在高负荷充电时保持适宜温度,提高充电安全性。
