The invention discloses a power split type hybrid power system and an energy consumption optimization control method thereof, and relates to the technical field of hybrid electric vehicles. The power split type hybrid power system comprises a brake arranged on a sun gear. The energy consumption optimization control method of the power split type hybrid power system comprises the following steps: determining engine power lost due to internal friction of a whole vehicle under different negative rotating speeds of a generator, and engine power loss after the current whole vehicle is directly driven under different vehicle speeds; and when the power loss of the engine after direct drive is the same as the engine power lost due to the internal friction of the whole vehicle under different negative rotating speeds of the generator, the current vehicle speed is recorded as the critical vehicle speed, when the vehicle speed reaches the critical vehicle speed, the generator stops outputting torque, the vehicle is switched into an engine direct drive mode, and the torque of the engine is adjusted through a driving motor. The problems that engine fuel efficiency is reduced and energy consumption is high due to internal friction of a planetary power split hybrid light truck at a high speed are solved, and the hybrid light truck has the advantages of being high in engine fuel efficiency and low in energy consumption.

    本发明公开了一种功率分流式混动系统及其能耗优化控制方法,涉及混合动力汽车技术领域。功率分流式混动系统包括在太阳轮上设置有制动器。功率分流式混动系统的能耗优化控制方法包括确定发电机在不同负转速下因整车内耗损失的发动机功率、当前整车在不同车速下进行直驱后的发动机功率损失,当所述直驱后的发动机功率损失与发电机在不同负转速下因整车内耗损失的发动机功率相同时,记录当前车速作为临界车速,当车速达到临界车速时,发电机停止输出转矩,车辆切换为发动机直驱模式,发动机转矩通过驱动电机调节。本发明解决了行星功率分流的混动轻卡在高车速时出现内耗导致发动机燃油效率降低、能耗高的问题,具有发动机燃油效率高,能耗低的优点。
