The plug-in assembly comprises a shell, a clamping piece and an elastic piece, a clamping groove is formed in the shell, the clamping piece is slidably connected with the shell and can be inserted into or withdrawn from the clamping groove during sliding so as to lock or unlock the plug-in inserted into the clamping groove, and the elastic piece is connected with the clamping piece and can accumulate elastic force when the clamping piece withdraws from the clamping groove. When the battery box needs to be disassembled, the clamping piece is pulled out of the insertion piece in a sliding mode, and the insertion piece can be pulled out of the clamping groove by unlocking the insertion piece. Therefore, in the battery replacement process, only the clamping piece needs to be controlled to slide in a reciprocating mode, screws do not need to be disassembled and assembled frequently, the battery replacement efficiency is high, and the transportation efficiency of a truck is basically not affected.

    本发明公开了一种电池换电装置及电动商用车,涉及电动车技术领域,电池换电装置包括电池箱和插接组件,电池箱包括箱体和设于箱体外壁的插件,箱体内设有用于容纳电池的容置槽。插接组件包括壳体、卡接件和弹性件,壳体开设有卡槽,卡接件滑动连接壳体并能够在滑动时插入或退出卡槽,以锁定或解锁插入卡槽的所述插件,弹性件连接卡接件并能够在卡接件退出卡槽时积蓄弹性力。当需要拆卸电池箱时,将卡接件滑动抽离插件,对插件解锁即可将插件从卡槽抽出。可见本发明在更换电池的过程中,只需要控制卡接件往复滑动即可,不用频繁拆装螺丝,换电效率高,基本上不影响卡车的运输效率。
