The invention discloses a vehicle-mounted air conditioner and refrigerator integrated system and a vehicle. The system comprises a first heat exchanger and a second heat exchanger which are arranged in an air conditioner box body; the third heat exchanger is arranged in the refrigerator body; an air return port of the compressor is connected with one end of the second heat exchanger and one end of the third heat exchanger, and an exhaust port of the compressor is connected with one end of the first heat exchanger; one end of the fourth heat exchanger is connected with an exhaust port of the compressor and the other end of the first heat exchanger, and the other end of the fourth heat exchanger is connected with the other end of the second heat exchanger, an air return port of the compressor and the other end of the third heat exchanger; and the controller is configured to control the refrigerant circulation path based on the first target demand so that the air conditioner and the refrigerator can be in the target working mode. Therefore, the system solves the technical problems that in the prior art, a refrigerator is small in refrigeration and temperature adjustment range, large in occupied space and uncontrollable in later-stage refitting quality, and redundancy is caused by introduction of an additional refrigeration system.
