The invention discloses a hovercar with a telescopic duct, which relates to the field of hovercars and comprises a ducted fan, a ducted fixing arm, a supporting part, a gear and a motor, the first duct fixing arm and the second duct fixing arm are connected with the supporting part in a sliding mode. The first duct fixing arm is provided with a first rack, the second duct fixing arm is provided with a second rack, and the gear is meshed with the first rack and the second rack. When the hovercar is switched to a flying state, the motor rotates forwards to drive the gear to rotate clockwise, and the first duct fixing arm and the second duct fixing arm are driven by the gear to extend in the direction away from each other. When the hovercar is switched to the road surface running state, the motor rotates reversely to drive the gear to rotate anticlockwise, and the first duct fixing arm and the second duct fixing arm are driven by the gear to contract in the direction close to each other.
