The invention provides a smart city parking guidance system and method based on the Internet of Things, and the method comprises the steps: constructing the road network association information between parking regions, and determining the availability index of each parking region through combining all the road network association information with the occupation characteristics of parking spaces in a target parking lot in a parking peak period; planning a confidence driving route of the user vehicle according to the current position of the user vehicle, the change trend between the short-time change characteristics of the parking space occupation of each parking zone and the availability index of each parking zone; when the user vehicle arrives at a target parking zone calibrated by the confidence driving route, determining a target unoccupied parking space of the user vehicle based on the spatial distribution characteristics of each unoccupied parking space in the target parking zone and the attribute difference relationship between the unoccupied parking spaces; and the Internet of Things control center sends the target unoccupied parking space information to a vehicle-mounted navigation system of the user vehicle. According to the scheme, confidence guidance of the user vehicle is realized, and the accuracy of parking guidance is further improved.

    本申请提供一种基于物联网的智慧城市停车引导系统及方法,构建各个停车分区之间的路网关联信息,通过所有的路网关联信息结合目标停车场停车高峰时段车位的占位特征确定各个停车分区的可用性指标;通过用户车辆的当前位置、各个停车分区停车占位的短时变化特征之间的变化趋势以及每个停车分区的可用性指标规划出用户车辆的置信行车路线;当用户车辆到达所述置信行车路线标定的目标停车分区时,基于目标停车分区内每个空余车位的空间分布特征以及各个空余车位之间的属性差异关系确定用户车辆的目标空余车位;物联网控制中心将目标空余车位信息发送至用户车辆的车载导航系统。上述方案实现了对用户车辆的置信引导,进而提高停车引导的精确性。
