The invention discloses a capacity expansion management and control method for predictable easily-congested road sections, and relates to the technical field of traffic management and control, historical data of each ETC portal in a near period of time on an expressway are collected, and historical traffic operation states of each road section in the monitoring range of each ETC portal are calculated; according to the historical traffic operation state of each road section, easily-congested road sections are screened, easily-congested routes are formed, and the daily average traffic volume of the easily-congested routes is calculated; and formulating a capacity expansion control strategy according to the daily average traffic volume of the easily-congested route. The method is used for solving the problems of large traffic flow and low traffic efficiency of predictable easily-congested road sections, capacity expansion can be carried out in a way of adding lanes and the like for regular and long-term easily-congested road sections so as to improve the traffic capacity, the method is a mesoscopic periodic strategy, conventional microcosmic management and control are improved to mesoscopic management and control, and the traffic efficiency is improved. Optimized configuration and efficient utilization of traffic resources can be realized, and the operation efficiency and the service level of the whole traffic system can be improved.

    本发明公开了一种可预见性易拥堵路段的扩容管控方法,涉及交通管控技术领域,采集高速公路上近一段时间内各个ETC门架的历史数据,计算各个ETC门架监控范围下的各个路段的历史交通运行状态;根据各个路段的历史交通运行状态,筛选易拥堵路段,形成易拥堵路线,计算易拥堵路线的日平均交通量;根据易拥堵路线的日平均交通量,制定扩容管控策略。本发明用于解决可预见性易拥堵路段的交通流量大、通行效率低的问题,针对规律性、长期性的易拥堵路段,可通过增设车道等方式进行扩容以提高通行能力,本发明是一种中观周期性策略,由常规的微观管控上升到中观管控,有助于实现交通资源的优化配置和高效利用,提升整个交通系统的运行效率和服务水平。
