The invention relates to an intelligent acquisition, analysis, prediction and automatic violation correction method and system based on public traffic violation big data, and belongs to the field of traffic informatization and intelligent management. The objective of the invention is to identify complex and diverse traffic illegal behaviors and analyze massive illegal data. The system comprises data acquisition, processing and storage, analysis and prediction, automatic violation correction and data security. Through multi-source data access, edge calculation and distributed storage, real-time acquisition and efficient processing of illegal behaviors are realized; deep analysis is carried out on the traffic violation data by using deep learning and big data technologies; and through real-time video stream analysis, tracking, recording and evidence obtaining are performed on suspected illegal behaviors. The system adopts a multi-level security protection mechanism, data privacy and security are ensured, and flexible expansion and multi-system collaboration are realized through modular design. Compared with a traditional system, the system has remarkable advantages in the aspects of data acquisition comprehensiveness, processing efficiency, prediction accuracy, violation correction automation, data security and the like.

    本发明涉及一种基于公共交通违法大数据的智能采集、分析、预测及自动纠违方法与系统,属于交通信息化与智慧管理领域。旨在解决识别复杂多样的交通违法行为和分析海量的违法数据。系统包括数据采集、处理与存储、分析与预测、自动纠违、数据安全。通过多源数据接入、边缘计算及分布式存储,实现违法行为的实时采集与高效处理;利用深度学习与大数据技术,对交通违法数据进行深度分析;通过实时视频流分析,对疑似违法行为跟踪、记录、取证。系统采用多层次安全保护机制,确保数据隐私与安全,并通过模块化设计实现灵活扩展与多系统协同。相比传统系统,本发明在数据采集全面性、处理效率、预测精准性、纠违自动化及数据安全性等方面具有显著优势。
