The RSU device is used for interacting with an ETC device carried on a vehicle driving into and out of a road section of a roadside parking area so as to acquire vehicle information; the inspection vehicle is used for acquiring vehicle information on a parking space in a road section of a roadside parking area; the parking management end is used for comparing the vehicle information acquired by the RSU equipment with the vehicle information acquired by the inspection vehicle, and when the vehicle information acquired by the RSU equipment is consistent with the vehicle information acquired by the inspection vehicle, the parking management end is triggered to carry out parking charging on the vehicle; and the RSU equipment is also used for issuing the parking charging information of the vehicle at the parking management end to the ETC equipment when the information of the same vehicle is obtained for the second time, and the ETC equipment completes automatic fee deduction. According to the invention, the dependence on manpower can be reduced, and the charging transparency is improved, so that the current operation management situation of roadside parking is effectively improved.
本发明公开了一种基于巡检车和ETC的路侧停车收费系统及方法,包括停车管理端、设置在路侧停车区域路段出入口位置的RSU设备、以及配置在路侧停车区域路段的巡检车;所述RSU设备用于与驶入和驶出路侧停车区域路段的车辆上搭载的ETC设备进行交互,以获取车辆信息;所述巡检车用于获取路侧停车区域路段内停车位上的车辆信息;所述停车管理端用于将RSU设备获取的车辆信息与巡检车获取的车辆信息进行比对,当RSU设备获取的车辆信息与巡检车获取的车辆信息一致时,触发对该车辆进行停车计费;所述RSU设备还用于在第二次获取到同一车辆信息时,将该车辆在所述停车管理端的停车计费信息下发给ETC设备,由ETC设备完成自动扣费。本发明能够减少对人工的依赖,提升收费的透明度,从而有效改善路侧停车的运营管理现状。
