The invention provides a fault diagnosis method for a reaction flywheel, and the method comprises the following steps: collecting the operation data of the reaction flywheel, and carrying out the preprocessing of the operation data; obtaining possible faults and fault occurrence probability of the reaction flywheel according to the preprocessed operation data; constructing a fault diagnosis path of the reaction flywheel; processing the fault diagnosis paths based on possible faults and fault occurrence probabilities by adopting a grey wolf optimization algorithm to obtain a sequence of the fault diagnosis paths; performing fault diagnosis based on the sorting result; according to the method, after fault diagnosis paths are formed through random composition of parts, used for fault diagnosis, of the reaction flywheel, the grey wolf optimization algorithm is adopted to compare and sort the fault diagnosis paths, and when fault diagnosis is conducted according to the sorting result, the fault diagnosis efficiency can be greatly improved, the fault position can be rapidly positioned, and the fault diagnosis efficiency is improved. Therefore, repair and maintenance can be carried out in time, and normal operation of the spacecraft is prevented from being affected.

    本发明提供一种用于反作用飞轮的故障诊断方法,包括以下步骤:采集反作用飞轮的运行数据,对运行数据进行预处理;根据预处理后的运行数据得到反作用飞轮可能存在的故障以及故障发生概率;构建反作用飞轮的故障诊断路径;采用灰狼优化算法基于可能存在的故障以及故障发生概率对故障诊断路径进行处理,获得故障诊断路径的排序;基于排序结果进行故障诊断;将反作用飞轮用于进行故障诊断的部件进行随机组成形成故障诊断路径后,采用灰狼优化算法对故障诊断路径进行对比以及排序,根据排序结果进行故障诊断时,可以极大的提高故障诊断效率,并快速定位故障位置,以便于及时进行维修维护,避免影响到航天器的正常运行。
