The invention relates to the technical field of ocean water quality monitoring, and discloses an ocean water quality monitoring and sampling device and method. The sampling assemblies are arranged in the monitoring box and communicate with the opening, each sampling assembly comprises a sampling cavity, an assembling cavity and a blocking plate, the top of each sampling cavity is open, and a push block used for controlling the sampling cavity to be opened and closed is installed in the monitoring box in a sliding mode; after seawater in each sampling cavity is collected, the floating ball floats upwards to drive the blocking plate to slide so as to block the sampling cavity, the blocked floating ball is located above the blocking plate, and when the monitoring box ascends and resets subsequently, seawater flowing in through the opening impacts the floating ball but cannot enable the floating ball to descend, so that it can be ensured that the sampling cavity is fully blocked after collection is completed; and the problem that the collected seawater in the sampling cavity can be polluted by the seawater with different depths in contact with the monitoring box again in the rising and resetting process is avoided.
本发明涉及海洋水质监测技术领域,公开了一种海洋水质监测取样装置及其方法,所述装置包括:监测箱;以及取样组件,若干所述取样组件均设置于所述监测箱内,且若干取样组件均与开口连通,所述取样组件包括取样腔与组装腔以及封堵板,所述取样腔顶部敞口布设,且监测箱内滑动安装有用于控制取样腔启闭的推块;每个取样腔内海水采集完成后,浮球上浮带动封堵板滑动以对取样腔进行封堵,封堵后浮球位于封堵板上方,后续监测箱上升复位时,通过开口涌入的海水冲击浮球但是无法使得浮球下降,则能够确保取样腔在采集完成后被充分封堵,避免了监测箱上升复位过程中再次接触的不同深度的海水会污染取样腔内已采集的海水的问题。
