The surrounding scraping mechanism is utilized, when a worker finds that a picture shot by the diving camera body is covered by aquatic plants, the two scraping rings can be driven to descend at the same time, the aquatic plants attached to the surface of the diving camera body are scraped off through the scraping rings, and the aquatic plants are made to be away from the diving camera body; therefore, the situation that normal shooting of the diving camera main body is affected due to the fact that aquatic plants are wound or hung on the surface of the diving camera main body is avoided.
