The invention relates to a reusable valve device capable of automatically adjusting the pressure environment of a spacecraft and a debugging method. The reusable valve device comprises a dustproof net, a sealing cap, a valve needle, a sealing gasket, a threaded sleeve, a gasket, a sealing ring, a pressure sensing element, a valve port sealing ring and a valve seat. The pressure sensing element is formed by welding an upper cover, a corrugated pipe and a lower cover, and the pressure sensing element, the valve needle and the sealing cap form a sealing cavity. According to the reusable valve device capable of automatically adjusting the pressure environment of the spacecraft and the debugging method, the closing point of the valve can be adjusted according to the pressure requirement of a spacecraft sealed cabin, the valve device is small in size and light in weight, and the valve device can be reused when the spacecraft ascends along with a rocket. The valve can be automatically closed by sensing ambient air pressure through the pressure sensing element, and electricity resources do not need to be consumed; in addition, the valve device is detachable, and the purpose of repeated use can be achieved after the valve device is adjusted according to the requirements of different spacecrafts subsequently.

    本申请涉及一种可重复使用的可自动调节航天器压力环境的阀门装置及调试方法,包括:防尘网、密封帽、气门针、密封垫、螺套、垫圈、密封圈、感压元件、阀口密封圈、阀座。所述感压元件由上盖、波纹管、下盖焊接形成,并与所述气门针、所述密封帽形成密封腔体。本申请所述的一种可重复使用的可自动调节航天器压力环境的阀门装置及调试方法,可根据航天器密封舱的压力要求调节阀门关闭点,该阀门装置尺寸小、重量轻,在航天器随火箭上升阶段,可通过所述感压元件感应环境气压来实现阀门自动关闭,无需耗费电资源;此外,该阀门装置可拆卸,在后续根据不同航天器的要求进行调节后,可达到进行重复使用的目的。
