The two sides of the rubber shell are connected with the two first one-way valves respectively, the two first one-way valves are connected with the two pipe bodies respectively, the pipe body on one side is connected with the electromagnetic valve, and air can enter from the pipe body on the other side and be injected into the rubber shell. If the air pressure in the rubber shell needs to be adjusted, air can be injected or exhausted through the pipe body and the first one-way valve, and a part of air in the rubber shell is exhausted through the electromagnetic valve, so that the purpose of adjusting the anti-collision effect is achieved.
