The invention provides a rubber composition for tires as well as a preparation method and application of the rubber composition. According to the rubber composition for the tire, disclosed by the invention, the smoke sheet rubber with high molecular weight is applied, so that the mechanical property and the dynamic property of vulcanized rubber are greatly improved, and the neodymium butadiene rubber with wear resistance, fatigue aging resistance and lower heat generation is adopted; and the solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber which has higher thermal stability and keeps good flexing resistance at high temperature is applied, so that the comprehensive performance of the formula is improved in multiple aspects. According to the invention, the super wear-resistant N134, the bio-based white carbon black and the conductive carbon black are adopted, so that ultrahigh wear resistance of the formula is provided, heat generation is reduced, and the tire is prevented from losing efficacy due to accumulation of a large amount of heat in the continuous operation process; a high inorganic metal oxide filling amount method is adopted, the heat conductivity coefficient of the formula is greatly improved, the tolerance performance of the formula to heat accumulation is further improved, generated heat is timely guided out and dissipated in the use process under extreme conditions, and the running safety of tires is guaranteed.

    本发明提供了一种轮胎用橡胶组合物及其制备方法和应用。本发明的轮胎用橡胶组合物,应用高分子量的烟片胶,大大提高了硫化胶的机械力学性能和动态性能,采用了耐磨性能耐磨性和耐疲劳老化以及更低的生热的钕系顺丁橡胶,以及应用热稳定性更、在高温下耐屈挠性保持良好的溶聚丁苯橡胶,多方面提升配方的综合性能。本发明采用超耐磨N134并用生物基白炭黑、导电炭黑,提供配方超高耐磨性同时,降低了生热,使得轮胎在连续的运行过程中不会出现大量热积累而导致失效;本发明采用了高无机金属氧化物填充量方法,大大提高了配方的导热系数,进一步提高配方对热量累积的耐受性能,极端条件使用过程中,将产生的热量及时导出散发,保证轮胎运行安全。
