A self-adaptive hoisting system of a cable crane comprises a plurality of bearing cables, two groups of sports cars arranged in the length direction of the bearing cables and hung on the surfaces of the bearing cables and a traction cable used for pulling the two groups of sports cars, and each group of sports car comprises two bearing wheel sets hung on the bearing cables and a hoisting wheel set jointly hinged to the lower portions of the two bearing wheel sets. The two load-bearing wheel sets are arranged at intervals in the length direction of the load-bearing cable, hanging pieces moving in the vertical direction are arranged below the hoisting wheel sets, a plurality of hoisting cables are connected between the hoisting wheel sets and the hanging pieces, and one ends of the hoisting cables are jointly connected with a first hoisting winch anchored on the ground. The cable hoisting traction system can effectively solve the problems that in an existing cable hoisting traction system, two sets of independent hoisting cables need to be used for controlling the heights of hoisting pieces for two adjacent sports cars on the same side, so that the total weight of the cable hoisting system is large, and the wiring modes of the sports cars and the hoisting pieces need to be optimized.

    一种缆索吊自适应起吊系统,包括多根承重索、沿承重索长度方向设置并悬挂在其表面的两组跑车以及用于牵引两组跑车的牵引索,每组跑车均包括悬挂在承重索上的两件承重轮组以及共同铰接在两件承重轮组下方的起重轮组,两件承重轮组沿承重索长度方向间隔设置,起重轮组的下方设有沿竖直方向运动的吊件,且起重轮组与吊件之间连接有多根起重索,每根起重索的一端共同连接有锚固在地面上的第一起重卷扬机,采用本发明技术方案,能够有效解决现目前缆索吊装牵引系统中,同一侧相邻的两组跑车需要使用两套单独的起重索分别控制吊件的高度,导致缆索吊系统的总重量较重,跑车以及吊件的走线方式还有待优化的问题。
