After the hoisting equipment is installed, an information receiving feedback box is started, whether received sound and pictures of a host and a display are clear or not is tested, and in the hoisting process of the steel box girder, the information receiving feedback box is started; the specific position of an obstacle is locked through the information receiving feedback box, then the information is fed back to hoisting personnel through the displayer and the host, the collision risk in the steel box girder hoisting process is reduced, when the obstacle is collided due to uncontrollable factors, the steel box girder is protected against deformation through the air bag module, and when collision happens to the buffering inflation module, the safety of the hoisting personnel is improved. Radial buffering protection is carried out on the steel box girder and the air bag module, so that the steel box girder and the air bag module are not prone to shaking, meanwhile, supplementary inflation can be carried out on the air bag module, the protection effect of the air bag module is better, collision friction between the air bag module and an obstacle is reduced, and the service life of the air bag module is prolonged.

    本发明公开了一种高架桥钢箱梁用具有防碰撞功能的吊装设备,涉及钢箱梁吊装技术领域,吊装设备安装工作完成后,启动信息接收反馈箱,测试主机和显示器的接收声音和画面是否清晰,在钢箱梁的吊装过程中,通过信息接收反馈箱锁定障碍物的具体位置,随后通过显示器和主机反馈给吊装人员,减少钢箱梁吊装过程中的碰撞风险,由于不可控因素而撞到障碍物时,气囊模块保护钢箱梁不发生变形,缓冲充气模块在发生碰撞时,对钢箱梁和气囊模块进行径向的缓冲保护,使钢箱梁和气囊模块不易晃动,同时还能对气囊模块进行补充充气,让气囊模块的防护效果更佳,且减少气囊模块与障碍物之间的碰撞摩擦,延长气囊模块的使用寿命。
