The invention relates to the technical field of steel box girder hoisting, in particular to a hoisting device and method for steel box girder construction.The hoisting device comprises two sets of supporting frames arranged in parallel, the same sides of the two sets of supporting frames are supported through a set of supporting legs, and supporting pulleys are installed at the bottoms of the supporting legs; the upper surfaces of the two sets of supporting frames are fixedly connected with horizontally-arranged transverse plates, and the two sides of the upper portions of the transverse plates are provided with symmetrically-arranged adjustable rail assemblies. When the steel box girder is lifted, a second rail is driven by the weight of the steel box girder to move downwards, when the second rail moves downwards, an arc-shaped supporting plate and a first hydraulic telescopic rod are extruded, and when the first hydraulic telescopic rod is extruded, the output end of the second hydraulic telescopic rod is driven to extend; the output end of the second hydraulic telescopic rod extends to drive the supporting leg base plate to move downwards, and the supporting leg base plate is in extrusion contact with the ground, so that the stability of the device during hoisting is improved.

    本发明涉及钢箱梁吊装技术领域,具体的说是一种钢箱梁施工用吊装装置及方法,包括两组平行设置的支撑架,两组所述支撑架的同一侧均通过一组支撑腿支撑,所述支撑腿的底部安装有支撑滑轮,两组所述支撑架的上表面均固定连接有水平设置的横板,所述横板的上部两侧均设有对称设置的可调轨道组件;依靠葫芦对钢箱梁进行吊装抬升,钢箱梁抬升时,依靠钢箱梁的重量带动第二轨道下移,第二轨道下移时挤压弧形支撑板以及第一液压伸缩杆,第一液压伸缩杆挤压时,驱动第二液压伸缩杆的输出端伸长,第二液压伸缩杆的输出端伸长时带动支腿垫板下移,依靠支腿垫板与地面挤压接触,以此提高吊装时本装置的稳定性。
