The invention provides a vacuum chuck assembly, a suction crane and a method for applying the suction crane. The vacuum suction cup assembly comprises a suction cup which defines a suction cup cavity and is provided with a suction port; the through-flow piece is arranged in the suction cup cavity, the through-flow piece limits a through-flow channel and comprises an air inlet port and an air outlet port which are located at the two ends of the through-flow channel, the air outlet port is in butt joint with the suction port, and a flow control piece is arranged in the through-flow piece and limits the flow control piece in the through-flow channel; one end of the suction pipe is connected with the suction opening from the outer side of the suction cup, and the other end of the suction pipe is suitable for being connected with a vacuum source. The vacuum suction cup assembly can adapt to a flat surface area and a non-flat surface area, normal suction of the suction cup attached to the flat area is achieved, the suction cup attached to the non-flat area is automatically blocked by means of airflow, and the suction effect of other suction cups with normal suction is not affected; therefore, the suction crane applying the vacuum chuck assembly can suck and lift plates with different local uneven areas.

    本发明提供一种真空吸盘组件、吸吊机及应用吸吊机的方法。该真空吸盘组件包括:吸盘,吸盘限定了吸盘腔,并在吸盘上设置有抽吸口;通流件,通流件设置在吸盘腔内,通流件限定了通流通道并包括位于通流通道两端的进气端口和出气端口,出气端口对接抽吸口,通流件内设置有控流件并将控流件限制在通流通道中;抽吸管,抽吸管的一端从吸盘的外侧连接抽吸口,抽吸管的另一端适于连接真空源。本发明的真空吸盘组件可适应于平整表面区域和非平整表面区域,达到贴靠平整区域的吸盘正常吸附、贴靠不平整区域的吸盘借助气流自行堵塞而不会影响其他正常吸附的吸盘的吸附效果,使得应用本真空吸盘组件的吸吊机可以吸吊具有不同局部不平整区域的板材。
