And the buckling part is formed by outwards extending the framework part. The plastic buckle has the advantages that the structure is simple, the plastic buckle part is composed of two parts, the plastic buckle part of the assembly body layer is integrally formed, cracking is avoided, the buckle precision is high, appearance surface treatment is not needed by adopting the PUR layer, meanwhile, the framework part of the assembly body layer plays a role of a reinforcing rib, the technology is simple, cost is low, efficiency is high, and mass production is achieved.
本发明属于飞行汽车用机身技术领域,提供了一种机身蒙皮,包括有复材本体层,复材本体层的内侧表面上一体成型有装配体层,装配体层包括一体连接的骨架部和卡扣部,骨架部连接贴合在复材本体层的内侧表面上,卡扣部由骨架部相外延伸而成。本发明的优点在于结构简单,由两个零件组成,且一体形成装配体层的塑料卡扣部,不会开裂,卡扣精度高,采用PUR层无需进行外观表面处理,同时装配体层的骨架部起到加强筋作用,工艺简单:成本低,效率高,具备量产性。
