The invention discloses a cabin section structure capable of verifying the deformation coordination capability of a large buoyant raft vibration isolation system, which comprises a pressure-resistant hull shell plate and pressure-resistant hull ribs, and is characterized in that the sizes of the pressure-resistant hull shell plate and the pressure-resistant hull ribs are the same as the structural parameters of a real ship; the cabin section structure further comprises an end-thickened pressure-resistant shell ring, an oversized rib and a buoyant raft base. The end-thickened pressure-resistant shell rings are arranged at the two ends of the pressure-resistant hull shell plate. The oversized ribs are arranged at the two ends of the cabin section structure, and the distance between the two oversized ribs is equal to the distance between the two cabin walls of the underwater vehicle; the buoyant raft base is installed near the horizontal center line of the port and the starboard of the pressure-resistant hull shell plate. According to the cabin section structure, actual structure parameters of a real ship are adopted, a large external pressure test device is adopted for simulating the bearing condition which is consistent with the actual bearing of the real ship, real deformation can be accurately generated, and the most direct basis is provided for verifying the deformation compensation capacity of elastic components of the buoyant raft system under the limit depth.

    本发明公开了一种可供大型浮筏隔振系统变形协调能力验证的舱段结构,包括耐压船体壳板和耐压船体肋骨,其特征在于,所述耐压船体壳板和耐压船体肋骨的尺寸与实船结构参数相同;所述舱段结构还包括端部加厚耐压壳圈、超大肋骨和浮筏基座;所述端部加厚耐压壳圈设置于所述耐压船体壳板的两端;所述超大肋骨设置于所述舱段结构两端,两个超大肋骨的距离与水下航行器两舱壁间的距离相同;所述浮筏基座安装于所述耐压船体壳板左右舷水平中心线附近。本发明舱段结构采用实船实际结构参数,且承载条件也采用大型外压试验装置模拟与实船实际承载一致,可准确的产生真实变形,为浮筏系统在极限深度下弹性元器件的变形补偿能力验证提供最直接的依据。
