The invention relates to a ballast system of a floating hydrogen production platform and the floating hydrogen production platform. The ballast system of the floating hydrogen production platform comprises a ballast water header pipe, a plurality of ballast tanks arranged in a lower floating body of the platform, and ballast water branch pipes and injection pumps which are arranged in stand columns of the platform. One end of the ballast water header pipe is communicated with the seawater pipeline, and the other end is communicated with the ballast water branch pipe. And one end of the ballast water branch pipe is communicated with the ballast water main pipe, and the other end is communicated with each ballast tank. The injection pump is provided with a fluid inlet, a suction port and an outlet, the fluid inlet is communicated with the ballast water branch pipe, the suction port is communicated with each ballast tank, and the outlet is used for being communicated to the outside of a ship board. The ballast water branch pipe can inject seawater into the fluid inlet, so that the injection pump can discharge the seawater in each ballast tank by taking the seawater pumped by the seawater pump as driving force. According to the ballast system, a seawater pump and a seawater pipeline which are arranged on the platform are utilized, and load adjustment of the platform can be achieved through cooperation of a ballast water header pipe, ballast water branch pipes, injection pumps and valves.

    本发明涉及一种浮式制氢平台的压载系统及浮式制氢平台。浮式制氢平台的压载系统包括压载水总管和设置于平台的下浮体内的多个压载舱,以及设置于平台的各立柱内的压载水支管和喷射泵。压载水总管的一端与海水管路连通,另一端与压载水支管连通。压载水支管的一端与压载水总管连通,另一端与各压载舱连通。喷射泵具有流体进口、抽吸口和出口,流体进口与压载水支管连通,抽吸口与各压载舱连通,出口用于连通至船舷外。压载水支管能够向流体进口注入海水,使喷射泵能够将海水泵泵入的海水作为驱动力,将各压载舱内的海水排出。压载系统利用平台配置的海水泵和海水管路,通过压载水总管、各压载水支管和各喷射泵及各阀件的配合可实现对平台的调载。
