The invention provides a nested telescopic berthing pile which comprises a hollow annular box, hydraulic cylinders, cushion blocks, an integrated hydraulic station, a vibrating pile hammer, an inner pile, a hydraulic holder and an outer pile, the hollow annular box and the top of the outer pile are welded together, the multiple hydraulic cylinders are annularly installed on the hollow annular box, the heads of rod bodies of the hydraulic cylinders are connected with plug pins, and the plug pins are connected with the cushion blocks. The bottom of the hydraulic station is connected with the hollow annular box through the buffering element, the lower portion of the vibration type pile hammer is provided with a clamp which clamps the top of the inner pile, the hydraulic clamp clamps the inner pile, and annular groove type mechanical check rings are welded to the two limiting positions of the upper portion and the lower portion of the inner pile. The groove is matched with the cushion block of the hydraulic clamp holder, so that the inner pile and the outer pile are fixed together, and the whole body is in two telescopic length states. The nested telescopic gauge pile overcomes the defects of the integral gauge pile, and is low in integral gravity center, safe in pile frame structure and high in operation efficiency.
本发明提供一种嵌套伸缩式靠船桩,包括空心环状箱、液压缸、垫块、集成式液压站、振动式打桩锤、内桩、液压夹持器和外桩,所述空心环状箱与外桩顶部焊接在一起,空心环状箱上呈环状安装有多个液压缸,液压缸杆体的头部连接插销,插销穿过环状箱体,插销的另一端安装垫块,液压站的底部通过缓冲元件与空心环状箱相连,振动式打桩锤下部带有夹钳,夹持内桩的顶部,液压夹持器夹持内桩,在内桩的上部和下部的两个极限位置,都焊接环状凹槽形式的机械挡圈,凹槽与前述液压夹持器的垫块匹配,使内外桩固定在一起,整体呈现伸缩两种长度状态。本发明嵌套伸缩式定位桩克服前述整体式定位桩缺陷,整体重心低,桩架结构安全、作业效率高。
