A first notch is formed in the radial outer contour of the second limiting part and penetrates through the two end faces, in the thickness direction, of the second limiting part. The first notches are formed in the second limiting parts, the first axial protrusions are arranged on the radial supporting parts, located below the second limiting parts, of the supporting pieces, and when the bridge plate is stressed to move towards the hub, the first axial protrusions penetrate through the first notches to abut against the bridge plate and are inserted into the first notches, so that the rigidity of the elastic bodies can be changed, and the rigidity of the elastic bodies is changed. Therefore, the frequency of the elastomer is changed.
