The invention discloses a monorail tire pressure dynamic detection method. The method comprises the following steps: vehicle identification: a system identifies vehicle parameter information of a vehicle reaching a detection point; data acquisition: in the vehicle operation process, the system continuously detects the pressure values of all tires in the point position acquisition detection range; data preprocessing: eliminating invalid data and retaining valid data; state monitoring: comparing the effective data with a standard parameter interval to judge whether the tire pressure is normal or not; and equipment self-inspection: the system acquires the equipment to report the state regularly. According to the method and the system for dynamically detecting the tire pressure of the straddle type monorail, a set of sensors for automatically detecting the tire pressure of the walking wheels and the tire pressure of the side horizontal wheels are arranged in the steel beam of the access section of the vehicle depot; the tire pressure monitoring system dynamically detects the vertical gravity value and the lateral force value of the monorail vehicle in operation, gives an alarm in time when the vertical gravity value and the lateral force value exceed a set threshold value, monitors the balance state of the whole current vehicle body in real time, and solves the problem that the existing tire pressure monitoring system is single in detection means.

    本发明揭示了一种单轨轮胎压力动态检测方法,包括以下步骤:车辆识别:系统识别到达检测点位车辆的车辆参数信息;数据采集:车辆运行过程中系统持续检测点位采集检测范围内所有轮胎压力值;数据预处理:剔除无效数据,并保留有效数据;状态监控:将有效数据与标准参数区间比对判断轮胎胎压是否正常;设备自检:系统采集设备定期上报状态。本发明跨座式单轨轮胎压力动态检测的方法及系统,在车辆段出入段钢梁内部署一套自动检测走行轮和侧面水平轮轮胎压力的传感器,当单轨车辆通过该套装置时通过检测竖向和侧向力值,动态检测运行中的单轨车辆竖向重力值及侧向力值,对于超出设定阈值进行及时报警,实时监测当前车体整体的平衡状态,补充目前既有的胎压监测系统检测手段单一的问题。
