The invention is suitable for the technical field of automobiles, and provides a vehicle control method and device, a vehicle-mounted terminal and a vehicle, and the method comprises the steps: determining a dangerous case type and a dangerous case level when a dangerous case is sensed in an area where the vehicle is located through an intelligent agent of the vehicle; obtaining processing demand information corresponding to the dangerous case type; the processing demand information is used for describing information required for dealing with the dangerous case; generating a vehicle control mode based on the dangerous case level and the processing demand information; and controlling the vehicle based on the vehicle control mode through the automatic calling tool function of the intelligent agent. Compared with the prior art, the method and the device have the advantages that the control mode of the vehicle at the moment can be flexibly and specifically determined according to the dangerous case type and the dangerous case level, so that the vehicle is subsequently controlled according to the control mode, and the control accuracy of the vehicle is improved.
