The invention discloses a high-voltage connector, and the connector comprises a plugging assembly which comprises a housing and a terminal structure, and the terminal structure is disposed in the housing; the wire harness assembly comprises a flexible connecting bar, one end of the flexible connecting bar extends into the shell and is conductively connected with the terminal structure, the other end of the flexible connecting bar is fixedly connected with a hard rod, the hard rod comprises flat parts and a cylindrical part, and the flat parts are arranged at the two opposite ends of the cylindrical part; the protection assembly comprises a shielding piece, a sealing plate and a wire sealing body, the shielding piece, the sealing plate and the wire sealing body are sequentially arranged at the end, close to the plugging assembly, of the hard rod, the cylindrical part is sleeved with the shielding piece, the sealing plate and the wire sealing body, an insulation sleeve is arranged between the hard rod and the inner wall of the shell, and the outer diameter of the insulation sleeve is matched with the inner diameter of the shell. According to the high-voltage connector, the overall weight of the high-voltage connector is effectively reduced, the current-carrying capacity is improved, and meanwhile, the influence of external environmental factors on an internal circuit is effectively prevented, so that the stability and the safety of the connector are improved.

    本发明公开了一种高压连接器,包括:接插组件,包括壳体和端子结构,端子结构设置在壳体内部;线束组件,包括软性连接排,软性连接排的一端伸进壳体内部与端子结构导电连接,另一端固定连接有硬杆,硬杆包括扁平部和圆柱部,扁平部设置在圆柱部的相对两端;保护组件,包括屏蔽件、密封板和封线体,屏蔽件、密封板和封线体依次设置在硬杆靠近接插组件的一端,且屏蔽件、密封板和封线体均套设在圆柱部上,硬杆与壳体的内壁之间设有绝缘套,绝缘套的外径与壳体的内径相匹配。本申请有效减轻了高压连接器的整体重量和提高载流能力,同时有效防止了外部环境因素对内部电路的影响,从而提高了连接器的稳定性和安全性。
