The invention relates to a low-altitude supervision technology, and discloses a low-altitude unmanned aerial vehicle supervision method based on remote identification, comprising four parts: unmanned aerial vehicle license plate issuing, unmanned aerial vehicle flight activity approval, unmanned aerial vehicle operation supervision, and unmanned aerial vehicle flight activity history backtracking. The UTM UUID distributed by the public security is used as the license plate of the unmanned aerial vehicle, and a feasible thought is provided for the public security to perform low-altitude airspace safety management responsibility. According to the low-altitude unmanned aerial vehicle supervision method based on remote identification, the unmanned aerial vehicle is required to complete license plate application and flight activity declaration at public security before flight activity. The police distributes license plates to ensure that the police can receive the remote identification information of the unmanned aerial vehicle in real time, the information barrier in the current low-altitude supervision scheme is broken, and the police as a low-altitude airspace safety law enforcement party has no data law enforcement dilemma. And the public security checks the flight activities to ensure that the public security can master the airspace condition of the first hand, appoint a supervision plan in advance and discriminate the risk flight activities in advance.

    本发明涉及低空监管技术,公开了一种基于远程识别的低空无人机监管方法,包括四个部分:无人机牌照发放,无人机飞行活动审批,无人机运行时监管,无人机飞行活动历史回溯。本发明使用公安分发的UTM UUID作为无人机牌照,为公安行使低空空域安全管理职责提供了一个可行的思路。一种基于远程识别的低空无人机监管方法要求无人机在进行飞行活动前,需在公安完成牌照申请和飞行活动申报。公安分发牌照,确保公安能实时接收到无人机的远程识别信息,打破现行低空监管方案中的信息壁垒,公安作为低空空域安全执法方,无数据执法的困境。公安审核飞行活动,确保公安能掌握第一手的空域情况,提前指定监管计划,以及提前甄别有风险的飞行活动。
