The invention belongs to the technical field of artificial leather, and particularly relates to polyolefin artificial leather, a preparation method thereof and an automobile seat, the polyolefin artificial leather comprises a base cloth layer, a base material layer and a coating layer which are stacked in sequence; the base material layer is prepared from the following raw material components in parts by mass: 135 to 165 parts of island microstructure master batch, 0.4 to 1 part of assistant crosslinking agent, 0.05 to 0.2 part of coupling agent, 0.01 to 0.2 part of ultraviolet absorbent, 0.01 to 0.2 part of light stabilizer and 0.01 to 0.2 part of anti-aging agent; wherein the sea-island microstructure master batch comprises polyolefin and rubber with double bonds; according to the invention, by improving the addition amount and the addition process of the rubber, double bonds in the rubber are protected while the dispersion performance is improved in the form of the sea-island microstructure master batch, on one hand, the master batch structure can prevent the rubber from hardening and embrittling due to the influence of ultraviolet rays after long-time exposure; on the other hand, the rubber content is limited, so that the crack cracking phenomenon caused by swelling is avoided, and the roughness of the artificial leather does not change after the artificial leather is used for a long time in a high-temperature environment.

    本发明属于人造革技术领域,具体涉及一种聚烯烃人造革及其制备方法、汽车座椅,包括:依次层叠设置的基布层、基材层和涂料层;所述基材层包括如下质量份数的原料组分:海岛微结构母粒135‑165份、助交联剂0.4‑1份、偶联剂0.05‑0.2份、紫外吸收剂0.01‑0.2份、光稳定剂0.01‑0.2份、抗老化剂0.01‑0.2份;其中,所述海岛微结构母粒包括聚烯烃和带有双键的橡胶;本发明通过改善橡胶的添加量和添加工艺,以海岛微结构母粒的形式提升分散性能的同时保护橡胶中存在的双键,一方面该母粒结构可避免橡胶长时间暴晒受紫外线影响而变硬变脆,另一方面对橡胶含量的限定也避免了因溶胀而出现的裂纹开裂现象,保证了人造革在高温环境下长期使用粗糙度不变化。
