The invention discloses a novel rubber functional composition for bicycle tire production, and belongs to the technical field of rubber production. Comprising the following raw materials in parts by mass: 25-30 parts of oil-extended solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber, 75-120 parts of oil-extended emulsion polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber, 10-25 parts of natural rubber, 5-15 parts of cis-butadiene rubber, 45-65 parts of white carbon black, 15-30 parts of modified carbon fiber, 10-25 parts of carbon black, 3-5 parts of homogeneous resin, 20-25 parts of wet-skid-resistant resin, 22-30 parts of aromatic oil, 5-10 parts of an anti-aging agent, 8-10 parts of an active agent, 3-5 parts of sulfur and 4-5 parts of an accelerant. By improving the components and proportion of the rubber composition, it is ensured that the rubber composition has excellent mechanical properties and hardness, and meanwhile, the prepared rubber composition has both high wear resistance and low rolling resistance.

    本发明公开一种自行车轮胎生产用的新型橡胶功能组合物,属于橡胶生产技术领域,首先,胎面橡胶组合物,包括以下质量份原料:充油溶聚丁苯橡胶25~30份、充油乳聚丁苯橡胶75~120份、天然胶10~25份、顺丁胶5~15份、白炭黑45~65份、改性碳纤维15~30份、炭黑10~25份、均匀树脂3~5份、抗湿滑树脂20~25份、芳烃油22~30份、防老剂5~10份、活性剂8~10份、硫磺3~5份、促进剂4~5份。本发明通过改进橡胶组合物的组分和配比,保证橡胶组合物具有优异的力学性能和硬度,同时,所制备的橡胶组合物兼具高耐磨性和低滚动阻力。
