The invention discloses a precise instrument transporting and hoisting method, and belongs to the field of equipment transportation. The device comprises an anti-vibration frame, the anti-vibration frame is composed of a lower frame and an upper frame, the anti-vibration frame is arranged on a transport vehicle and a later hoisting and hauling device, an active buffer device is arranged on the transport vehicle, a precise instrument is placed on the upper frame of the anti-vibration frame, and a precise anti-vibration device and a vibration detection device are arranged between the lower frame and the upper frame. And a general buffer device is arranged between the vibration-proof frame and the precise instrument. The problems of transportation and hoisting of existing precise instruments are solved, the problems affecting transportation and hoisting are found through combination of virtual simulation transportation and the BIM technology, in the transportation process, posture adjustment is conducted on the upper-layer structure of the anti-vibration frame according to the shaking amplitude in the running process of a transportation vehicle, and the anti-vibration frame is transported to a designated hoisting hole; and the anti-vibration frame and the precise instrument are downwards hoisted to the horizontal hauling platform through the hoisting auxiliary facility, are hauled to a foundation through the horizontal hauling platform, are fixed and then are disassembled.

    本发明公开了一种精密仪器的运输及吊装方法,属于设备运输领域。本发明包括避振架,避振架由下架和上架组成,避振架安置在运输车辆上以及后期吊装和拖运设备上,运输车辆上设有主动式缓冲装置,精密仪器放置于避振架的上架上,在下架和上架之间设有精密避振装置及振动探测装置,避振架和精密仪器之间设有一般缓冲装置。本发明解决了现有精密仪器运输和吊装的问题,本发明通过虚拟模拟运输结合BIM技术,发现影响运输和吊装的问题,运输过程中,根据运输车辆行驶过程中的晃动幅度对避振架上层结构进行姿态调整,运输到指定吊装孔,利用吊装辅助设施将避振架和精密仪器下吊至水平拖运平台,利用水平拖运平台拖运到基础上固定后拆除即可。
