Vacuum outdoor transportation parts of the conveying platform comprise a supporting steel frame assembly, a transportation track assembly, a transportation trolley assembly and a mobile crane assembly, and the supporting steel frame assembly comprises a cage-shaped steel frame; one section of the transportation track assembly is straightly installed in the building channel, the other sections of the transportation track assembly are straightly located in the cage-shaped steel frame and extend to a window in the vacuum chamber, and the movable crane assembly and the transportation trolley are sequentially located on the transportation track assembly. The cable-stayed hanger rail component comprises cable-stayed rods, a bearing steel beam and an annular hanger rail, the cable-stayed rods are installed at the upper end of the regular polygon-shaped frame in an annular array mode, one end of each cable-stayed rod is connected with the upper window collar of the vacuum chamber, and the other end of each cable-stayed rod is connected with the bearing steel beam of the frame. According to the invention, after internal parts on the equatorial plane of the vacuum chamber are quickly conveyed, the internal parts can be conveyed through simple adjustment.
本发明提供一种用于紧凑型聚变堆内部部件的运送平台及其使用方法,属于聚变堆内部部件运输领域,所具有的真空室外运输部件包括支撑钢架组件、运输轨道组件、运输小车组件、移动式起重机组件,支撑钢架组件包括笼状钢架,运输轨道组件的其中一段平直地安装在建筑通道内,其余段则平直地位于笼状钢架内,并延伸至真空室中窗口处,移动式起重机组件和运输小车依次位于运输轨道组件上。斜拉吊轨部件包括斜拉杆、承力钢梁、环形吊轨,斜拉杆环形阵列地安装在呈正多边形状的框架上端,每根斜拉杆的一端与真空室上窗口领圈连接,另一端与框架的承力钢梁连接。本发明可以快速地在运送完真空室赤道面上内部部件后,进行简单调整即可运送下内部部件。
