The invention discloses a ship fault prediction method and system based on artificial intelligence, and relates to the technical field of fault prediction, and the method comprises the steps: recording the driving path of a ship based on a ship system, and obtaining the navigation data; working data of a steering engine of a ship are recorded based on a ship system, and rudder direction data are obtained; the navigation data is compared with the rudder direction data, if the actual driving course of the ship is different from the guiding course of the steering engine for the ship, it is judged that the rudder of the ship is in an abnormal working state, a steering engine system reset signal is output, and a steering engine system reset confirmation signal of a user is received; the steering engine system is reset based on the steering engine system reset confirmation signal, the ship running course after resetting is recorded, course data obtained through recording are judged, and course deviation factors are determined; and determining a fault source based on the course deviation factor, and outputting a corresponding alarm signal according to the fault source. The method has the effect of improving the fault judgment accuracy.

    本申请公开了一种基于人工智能的船舶故障预测方法及系统,涉及故障预测技术领域,该方法包括基于船舶系统对船舶的行驶路径进行记录,得到航行数据;基于船舶系统对船舶的转向舵机的工作数据进行记录,得到舵向数据;将航行数据与舵向数据进行比对,若船舶实际的行驶航向与转向舵机对船舶的引导航向不同,则判定船舶的船舵处于异常工作状态,并输出舵机系统复位信号,并接收用户的舵机系统复位确认信号;基于舵机系统复位确认信号对舵机系统进行复位,并对复位后的船舶行驶航向进行记录,对记录得到的航向数据进行判断,确定航向偏移因素;基于航向偏移因素,确定故障源,并根据故障源输出对应的报警信号。本申请具有提高故障判断准确性的效果。
