The invention relates to the field of new energy engineering vehicles, and discloses an emergency steering pump module, a power-assisted steering system and a new energy engineering vehicle, the emergency steering pump module comprises a high-speed pump, a high-speed motor and a power battery, the high-speed motor is in driving connection with the high-speed pump, and the power battery is electrically connected with the high-speed motor. The emergency steering pump module can be applied to a power-assisted steering system and can replace a common steering oil pump to supply oil to a power-assisted oil cylinder under the condition that the common steering oil pump fails, the emergency steering pump module can operate independently, engine driving is not needed, and therefore the emergency steering pump module is convenient to use. The space limitation that a traditional emergency steering pump must take off power from mechanical power sources such as a transfer case power take-off port or an engine power take-off port is eliminated, the emergency steering pump module can be flexibly arranged at a proper position, and therefore arrangement of a power-assisted steering system is effectively simplified. In addition, the high-speed pump and the high-speed motor are small in size, so that the emergency steering pump module is compact in overall structure and small in occupied space.

    本发明涉及新能源工程车辆领域,公开了一种应急转向泵模块、转向助力系统以及新能源工程车辆,应急转向泵模块包括高速泵、高速电机以及动力电池,高速电机与高速泵驱动连接,动力电池与高速电机电连接。本发明的应急转向泵模块可应用于转向助力系统,能够在常用转向油泵失效的情况下替代常用转向油泵为助力油缸供油,应急转向泵模块可独立运转,无需发动机驱动,如此设置,解除了传统的应急转向泵必须从分动箱取力口或发动机取力口等机械动力源取力的空间限制,应急转向泵模块可灵活地布置在合适的位置,通过这样,有效简化转向助力系统的布置。另外,高速泵和高速电机的体积较小,可使得应急转向泵模块的整体结构紧凑,占用空间小。
