The invention discloses a drive-by-wire electronic brake pedal with a hysteresis effect. The drive-by-wire electronic brake pedal comprises a base, a pedal connecting rod, a rotating shaft, a hysteresis mechanism and a signal sensing unit. The pedal connecting rod is rotationally connected with the base through a rotating shaft. The delaying mechanism is arranged between the base and the pedal connecting rod and comprises a supporting rotating shaft, a spring sliding block, a first supporting sliding block, a second supporting sliding block, a first elastic element and a second elastic element. The signal induction unit is used for transmitting a rotation angle signal of the brake pedal into an electric signal and outputting the electric signal to the control unit for brake control. The pedal is provided with the delaying mechanism, and when the pedal works, the delaying mechanism generates a delaying effect, so that a driver can well control the position of the pedal, an electric signal is stably output, the driving comfort is improved, and the fatigue feeling of the feet of the driver is reduced.
