The invention discloses a charging scheduling method and device of a battery changing cabinet and a storage medium. The method comprises the steps of determining a first target mutual exclusion bin group from a plurality of mutual exclusion bin groups; the two charging bins in the first target mutual exclusion bin group do not charge the battery, and at least one charging bin is an empty bin; taking an empty bin in the first target mutual exclusion bin group as a return bin, and charging the returned battery after the user returns the battery; if the first target mutual exclusion bin group does not exist, determining a plurality of second target mutual exclusion bin groups from the plurality of mutual exclusion bin groups; one charging bin in the second target mutual exclusion bin group is charging the first battery, the current electric quantity of the first battery is greater than or equal to the fast charging upper limit electric quantity value, and the other charging bin is an empty bin; and taking an empty bin in one second target mutual exclusion bin group as a return bin, and charging the returned battery. By utilizing the method disclosed by the invention, the implementation cost of the battery changing cabinet can be reduced, and the electricity demand of a user is met as much as possible.

    本发明公开了一种换电柜的充电调度方法、设备及存储介质,方法包括:从多个互斥仓组中确定出一个第一目标互斥仓组;第一目标互斥仓组中的两个充电仓均没有在为电池充电且至少有一个充电仓为空仓;将第一目标互斥仓组中的空仓作为归还仓,待用户归还电池后,为已归还电池进行充电;若不存在第一目标互斥仓组,则从多个互斥仓组中确定出若干个第二目标互斥仓组;第二目标互斥仓组中的一个充电仓正在为第一电池充电且第一电池的当前电量大于或等于快充上限电量值,另一个充电仓为空仓;将其中一个第二目标互斥仓组中的空仓作为归还仓,为已归还电池进行充电。利用本发明公开的方法,可以降低换电柜的实施成本,同时尽量满足用户的用电需求。
