The invention provides a direct current charging pile charging method, system and device based on face recognition and a medium, and belongs to the technical field of charging piles. According to the scheme, the camera module is installed in the charging pile, the face image is collected in real time, and the main control module carries out face recognition through the YOLOv4 model. In the charging starting stage, the recognized face features are recorded, the charging pile is locked, face information is continuously detected during charging, and unlocking is conducted if the face information is matched with the face information. After charging is finished, charging is stopped, and unlocking is conducted. In addition, a charging abnormity detection function is introduced in the scheme, and charging abnormity is monitored in real time and processing measures are taken by collecting BMS and CCS data of the electric vehicle. Meanwhile, a face detection algorithm is optimized, an improved CSPDarkNet-53 is adopted as a backbone network, features are extracted through a CSPLayer2Conv convolution block, a PANet is replaced with an MFPN, and CCAM is introduced to enhance feature attention, so that the accuracy and robustness of the algorithm are improved, and the safety and convenience of the charging process are improved.

    本发明提供了一种基于人脸识别的直流充电桩充电方法、系统、装置和介质,属于充电桩技术领域。该方案在充电桩内安装摄像头模块,实时采集人脸图像并由主控模块通过YOLOv4模型进行人脸识别。在充电开始阶段,记录识别到的人脸特征并对充电桩上锁,充电时持续检测人脸信息,若匹配则解锁。充电结束后,停止充电并解锁。此外,方案还引入了充电异常检测功能,通过收集电动汽车的BMS和CCS数据,实时监测充电异常并采取处理措施。同时,对人脸检测算法进行了优化,采用改进的CSPDarkNet‑53作为主干网络,通过CSPLayer_2Conv卷积块提取特征,使用MFPN替换PANet,并引入CCAM增强特征关注,提升了算法的准确性和鲁棒性,从而提高了充电过程的安全性和便捷性。
