The composite material comprises a three-layer structure including an outer layer film, a middle layer film and an inner layer film, the inner layer film is a PP non-woven fabric, the material is soft, vehicle paint cannot be damaged due to friction, the middle layer film is an EPE foam cotton piece, the heat conductivity coefficient of air in a pore structure contained in the middle layer film is low, the heat insulation effect is good, and the heat insulation effect is good. The outer-layer film is prepared from polyacrylonitrile as a main raw material through electrostatic spinning; polyacrylonitrile has good weather resistance and solarization resistance, polyacrylonitrile is subjected to modification treatment, a waterproof component and an anti-ultraviolet component are introduced, and the anti-ultraviolet performance and the waterproof performance can be improved; a heat insulation component and an anti-oxidation component are added into the modified polyacrylonitrile spinning solution, so that the heat insulation performance and the anti-oxidation performance of the outer layer film can be improved.

    本发明涉及层状复合材料技术领域,具体涉及一种隔热耐候复合材料、制备方法及在车衣上的应用。本发明中的复合材料包括外层膜、中间层膜和内层膜三层结构,其中,内层膜为PP无纺布,材质柔软,不会因摩擦而损伤车漆,中间层膜为EPE泡沫棉片,其所含有的孔隙结构中的空气导热系数低,隔热效果好,外层膜采用聚丙烯腈为主体原料通过静电纺丝制得;聚丙烯腈具有良好的耐候性和耐日晒性,聚丙烯腈经过改性处理,引入防水组分、抗紫外线组分,能够提高抗紫外线性能和防水性能;改性聚丙烯腈纺丝液中,加入了隔热组分和抗氧化组分,能够提高外层膜的隔热性能和抗氧化性能。
