The invention provides a coal logistics park traffic flow statistical system and method based on YOLOv8 and OpenCV, and the method comprises the following steps: S101, deploying high-definition monitoring equipment at a key intersection in a coal logistics park, and configuring equipment parameters; s102, variables are initialized, a model is loaded, and a data loader is configured; s103, acquiring camera video data in real time through the rtsp video stream; s104, traversing the data frame, and carrying out object detection and tracking; s105, processing a detection result to realize vehicle counting; and S106, deploying the model to a management end to display a result. According to the method, targeted training is carried out on the YOLOv8 model for the special environment of the coal logistics park, the OpenCV and the vehicle tracking algorithm are combined, efficient and accurate recognition, tracking and statistics of the vehicles are achieved, the detection problem caused by shielding, light change and other factors is solved, and a basis is provided for park traffic management. In addition, the system is flexible and expandable, a user can configure the system according to needs, the system can be conveniently expanded to other logistics parks or traffic scenes, and large-range vehicle monitoring is achieved.

    本发明提出了一种基于YOLOv8和OpenCV的煤炭物流园区车流量统计系统及方法,包括如下步骤:S101,在煤炭物流园区内部关键路口部署高清监控设备,配置设备参数;S102,初始化变量,加载模型,配置数据加载器;S103,通过rtsp视频流实时获取摄像头视频数据;S104,遍历数据帧,进行对象检测与跟踪;S105,处理检测结果,实现车辆计数;S106,将此模型部署到管理端展示结果。本发明针对煤炭物流园区的特殊环境,对YOLOv8模型进行针对性训练,结合OpenCV及车辆跟踪算法,实现了车辆高效准确识别、跟踪与统计,解决了遮挡、光线变化等因素导致的检测问题,为园区交通管理提供了依据。此外,系统灵活可拓展,用户可按需配置,方便扩展至其他物流园区或交通场景,实现大范围车辆监控。
